1. Service Agreement

These Terms govern the provision of electrical services by Electro Team to our clients. By requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Electro Team provides professional electrical services including:

• Electrical installations and wiring
• Industrial automation systems
• Safety systems installation
• Maintenance and repair services
• Lighting solutions

The specific scope of work for each project will be detailed in a separate service agreement or quotation.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from issue date
• Prices are subject to change based on material cost fluctuations
• Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately
• Payment terms: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed)

4. Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates based on:

• Project complexity and scope
• Material availability
• Site conditions and accessibility
• Weather conditions (for outdoor work)
• Client cooperation and timely decisions

While we strive to meet all deadlines, some factors may cause delays beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe and accessible work areas
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Make timely decisions when required
• Ensure utilities are available as needed
• Secure the work area after our team departs

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Electro Team provides:

• 5-year warranty on electrical installations
• 1-year warranty on equipment and materials
• 90-day warranty on repairs
• Manufacturer warranties on specific equipment

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.

7. Safety Compliance

All work is performed in compliance with:

• Algerian electrical codes and regulations
• NFC 15-100 standards for electrical installations
• Occupational health and safety requirements
• Industry best practices

8. Liability

Electro Team carries appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages resulting from our negligence
• The cost of repair or replacement of defective work
• Amounts covered by our insurance policies

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation with 48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellation with 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: No refund
• Project cancellation after work begins: Payment for completed work + materials

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between parties
2. Mediation with a neutral third party
3. Legal proceedings in Algerian courts if necessary

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
